TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 6, 2018 — Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has added a former global chief financial officer at Ernst & Young to its board of directors and elected him to lead the audit committee, GovCon Wire reported Oct. 10.
Michael Ventling, who also previously served on the board and audit committee of CSRA, took the director seat at Perspecta in October amid the departure of Biggs Porter as board member in order to take full-time employment, Perspecta said Oct. 9.
“[Ventling’s] demonstrated experience driving shareholder value and highly relevant board and audit committee experience make him an invaluable addition to our board,” said Mike Lawrie, chairman of the board at Perspecta.
